<br />said building to be removed from the prmmises within thirty days from the city's acceptance of her ~ffer.
<br />I recommend that the city purchase the property- for the sum of $1,300.00 with the
<br />understanding that she will remove the building from the premises within thirty days from the date of acceptance.·

<br />or corporation that he may direct, for the land.

<br />and I recommend that the sale of theSe lots be confirmed and that the proper officers of the City be directed to
<br />execute a deed tc R.J. ~estfall or to such person or corporation as he may direct, for the land.
