<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council, held on August 12th, 1952, there were present:

<br />Fred A. Duke, Frank N. Bilisoly, Jr., George L. Grimes, Carl C~ Houghton,Jr.,
<br />James N. Howard, R. Irvine Smith, E. R. Sturtevan~t, C. E. Warren, H. Earl

<br />Minutes of regular meeting held on July 22nd, 1952 were read and approved.
<br />
<br />Motion Of Mr. Bilisoly to suspend the rules to hear from the School Board, was adopted.
<br />
<br /> Nr. P~pp, Superintendent of Schools, spoke in reference to the School building program
<br />and requested the Council to give the School Beard authority to proceed with the following projects:

<br />The following notice of zoning changes was read:

<br /> from Single Family, Class '~' to Multiple Family, Class 'D' be denied.
<br /> 2.Raymond B. Seward to rezone the southwest corner of Jefferson St. and
<br /> Deep Creek Blvd., fronting 222.6 feet on the west side of Deep Creek
<br /> Blvd., by 100 feet deep, from Two Family Class 'C' to Commercial
<br /> Class ~G' he denied.

<br />Motion of Mr. Houghton to approve Item 1 and Item 2 im the Zoning Notice was adopte~
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. ~arren to approve Item 3 in the Zoning Notice was adopted.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Houghton to concur in the recommendation contained in the letter from
<br />the Plarming and Zoning Commission was adopted.
