<br />"On November llth, Albert Stancil purchased a city merchant license #2~56 for the business
<br />at 3301 N. Armistead Drive. He, having purchased the business from A. Gist~ Om December
<br />6th, Stancil and Gist came to the office with Gist~'.s original license 1659] which was
<br />sold to Stancil along with the busiuess. Gist's license 1659 was transferred to ~tancil
<br />and Stencil is due a refund on license 2456, which he has returned to me. Please have a
<br />check drawn to Albert Stencil for $50.00."

<br />Motion of Mr. Biiisoly that the license refund be granted, was adopted.
