<br />aerially for the benefit of the Planning Commission and WaterDepartment and recommend that an appropriation in
<br />the sum of $4,790.00 be.placed on first reading, $3,000;O0 of which is to be charged against the Water Depart -
<br />ment and $1,790.00 a~ainst the General Fundfor City Planning'.'

<br /> Notion of Mr. Houghton that an appropriation of $4,790.00 for said purpose be placed on first
<br />reading, was adopted.

<br /> Notion of Mr. Houghton that a committee be appointed from the Council to work with the City
<br />Manager and City Attorney, was adopted.

<br />Motion of Mr. Howard to amend the ordinance by inserting the word "ship-wrecking" in item 15,

<br />On motion of Mr. Howard, said ordinance was adopted as amended, and By the following vote:
