<br />lng the cracks in the plaster and partition walls on the first floor of the Police Headquarters Building. This
<br />work includes lhe removal and replacement of all necessary plaster, removal and replacement of damaged tile and
<br />the painting of all rooms affected by these repairs~
<br /> I recommend ~hat the City approve the agreement and authorize the proper city authority to
<br />si~u the agreement for and on behalf of the City and that the remaining amount due the contractor in the amount
<br />of $7,000.00 be paid immediately."

<br /> Motion of ~r. Bilisoly to concur in the recommendation of the City ~nager and that the
<br />proper officials be authorized to sign the agreement, was adopted.
