<br />came on this day to be h~ard upon the petition of Thetma J. Bailey for the correction of an erroneous assessment
<br />of taxes against her real estate shown u~on the re-assessmen~ land book of the City of Portssmouth for the year

<br />defended said petition, and it appearing from the evidence that the action of the Board of Equalization in Increas-
<br />ing the assessment of the building on the land was in error, and that the assessment of $2000.00 placed on said
<br />building by the Assessors of the City was proper, the conrt doth adjudge, order and decree that the re erties
