G. Vass and Carl E. Wimbrough to represent <br />the City on the Hoard of the Patrick Henry Hospital, was adopted. <br /> <br />54-173 - <br /> <br />54-202 - Motion of Mr. Houghton to suspend the rules to hear from ~. E.
