<br />to be agreed to by both. parties,~ said agreement to be presented ~o CoUncil upon completion for final approval. I
<br /> Notion of Er. Bilisoly to concur in the recommendation of the City Nanager was adopted.
<br /> 54-283 - "I submit the attached contracts and r~ommend that the ~yor be authorized and directed
<br /> to execute the same for and on behalf~ of the City and that th$Clerk attest the same and affix the city's seal
<br /> thereto.
<br /> ~otion of Nm. Hawks that the proper city officials be authorized ~o sign the contracts,
<br /> was adopted.
<br /> 54-284 - "I submit the attached letter from the Sutton Appliance Company and also a report from
<br /> R.T. Trafton, SUperintendent of the Electrical Department, concerning the installat&on of meters in the 500 and
<br /> 600 blocks of Chestnut St. I recommend that the City install the meters in accordance wi~h the report of the
<br /> Superintenden% of the Electrical Department."
<br /> Notion of Mr. Sturtevant to place the following, ordinance on first reading,was adopted:
