Raleigh Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, ,spoke on various trash concerns. <br /> <br />2. William Copeland, 2107 Staunton Avenue, spoke in opposition, to city funding of <br />certain private projects. <br /> <br />3. Corene Robertson, 1244 Summit Avenue, spoke on street improvements to <br />Summit Avenue in the Brighton neighborhood. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Griffin, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, to suspend the rules of <br />order to allow Ms. Robertson two additional minutes to speak, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />4. Helen Person, 1314 Green Street, spoke on lead in Washington Park~.. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> Dr. James W.
