The property directly across Lincoln Stree~ is zoned for Com- <br /> mercial use as is property across on the west side of 7th St. and the property adjoining on <br /> the rear that fronts on Nelson St. Diagonally across e~ the N.W. corner of Washington and <br /> Lincoln Sts. the entire block is zone~ for Light Industry. The property adjoining on the <br /> e~st of the Site is owned by Tilden R. and Moses Ricketts, the applicants." <br /> <br /> Notion of Mr. Baker to concur in the recommendation of the Zoning Commission to rezone the propert <br />~f R. B. Grundy and E.L. Cole, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Bs~ker to concur in the recommendation of the Zoning Commission to rezone the property <br /> of S. J. and H. J. Pilzer, was adopted. <br /> Motion of Mr. Howard to concur in the recommendation of the Zoning Commission to rezone the proper!y <br /> of N. E. Hamilton, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Notion of Mw. Hawks to concur in the recommendatinn of the Zoning Commission to rezone the property <br />of Tyldon R. Ricketts, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Baker to concur in the recormnendation of the Planning Commission to deny the applica <br />~ion of James T.
