<br /> east from Seventh St., fronting 103 feet on the south side of Lincoln St., and fronting 121
<br /> feet on the east side of Seventh St., fromMultiple Family, Class '~" to Commercial, Class "G".
<br /> After ~Ue ~censideration the Commission concurred in their recommendation, that is approving
<br /> the site for Commercial use. The property directly across Lincoln Stree~ is zoned for Com-
<br /> mercial use as is property across on the west side of 7th St. and the property adjoining on
<br /> the rear that fronts on Nelson St. Diagonally across e~ the N.W. corner of Washington and
<br /> Lincoln Sts. the entire block is zone~ for Light Industry. The property adjoining on the
<br /> e~st of the Site is owned by Tilden R. and Moses Ricketts, the applicants."

<br /> Motion of Mr. Howard to concur in the recommendation of the Zoning Commission to rezone the proper!y
