On February 18th, at approximately <br /> 8:00 P.M., in the I500 block of Glasgow Sro, a black non-licensed dog was hiding in the shrubbery. As I approached <br /> on an unpaved sidewalk, rough and irregular, a car heading west with glaring headli~ us blinded me causing me to <br /> slow down due to the condition of the se--called sidewalk at which time I was ~ttaeked and bitten by the afore- <br /> mentioRed black dog. For a 19nEperi0d ef time there has be~n in this sa~e vicinity a psek of licensed and non- <br /> licensed dogs that have been all~ to run free and molest passing pedestr/ans. <br /> I wish to call to the CounciI~s attention the Iack of providing adequate sidewalks <br />~and keeping what sidewalks we have~ froze for pedestrian travel.
