I have been informed hy the Superintendent of the Water Depart- ment that approximately 50% of the work can he done at this time amd that this amount of water main will be suf ftc:eat to take care of all buildings that are now under construction. I recommend that the City Superintendent of the Water Department he authorized to proceed with installing the water mains.
