<br />it was, agreed that all ~unnel buses leaving Norfolk between ?:$0 and $:1§ A.N. and 3:45 and 5:15 P.N., would he
<br />routed hy way ef High St., Water St., and County St., providC~d that the ~unnel buses are perm~itted to:take en and
<br />discharge passengers on the south Side of High St, west of Cour~ St. and Water St. he made one-way south from Hig~
<br />Se C~%~uty St., and one-w~yw~sz te Crawferd St. This arrangement has been made subject te the approval of City
<br />Council. I recommend its approval.

<br /> The. crier was s~epped by F~r.-Irvin H Coheh~ who asked the crier whose bid was the
<br />$8800.00. I meplied that the ~8800.00 bid.was~min~,, and the crier nodded his head in agreement. The gentlemen
<br />whose bid was $8T00.00, myself and ~r. Cehen were all standing side by side directly in front of the crier, with
