<br />which is in accordance with the infornatio~ given me by ~. Owens by telephone. Since apparently the matter was
<br />not acted upon by City Council, ~s there are no records in the minutes of the Council, t recommend that an ~nend-
<br />ment to the Code be adopted setting forth such re,lotions as the Co~ciI~may desire concerning the memorial."
