Weiseman that when city employees retire, the City Manager <br />and Mayor write a letter of appreciation for their services, was adopted. <br /> <br /> 57-135 - Motion of Mr. Baker to'suspend the rules ~o allow interested parties to <br />speak in reference to vacating the office of City Manager, was lost, as there was no second. <br /> <br /> <br />
