<br />Primary election is held, on the motion of Councilman Baker that the office of City Manager be declared vacant
<br />sixty days from Sdoptiom of that motion was lost, as there was no second.

<br /> 57-115 - The rezoning application of A.D. Stow and J. W. Haywood, co rezone pro-
<br />perty located on the south side of King Street~ beginning thirty feet east of Rodman Avenue, fronting sixty
<br />feet on King Street, by 10S.5 feet deep, lots 19 and 21 of block 143 - application co rezone from "C" Two F~mily
<br />District to '~E-I" Transitional District.
<br />
