nieally satisfies the requirement for a two story building 24 feet sguare on each of the lots by virtue of a
two story section in the rear and the provision of a mezzanine. Although the owner of the leasehold interest
in the remaining l~ lots has not submitted final plans to the Building Inspector, it is his announced intention
To construct a building of 3 stories, thus no question, arises with respect to'that portion of the property.

I regret to report that I can conceive of no legal means to induce the construction
of a larger building than is contemplated by the plans filed With the B~i:lding Inspector.'~
