It is the opinion of the viewers that no inconvenience will be caused to the public,
the discontinuance and vacation of the streets as set forth in the resolution for the following reasons:

1 - That none of the streets have ever been opened or cut through on the
ground, none of them have been hard-surfaced; and will not be necessary
as pla%ned in 1900, when the area was essentially a residential sub-
division.
2 - That the coptinuan~e of such intersectioning streets would necessitate
additional traffic control on R~ute 17-A, as the only mode of cutting
down accident ration, and that s~ch traffic controls would not only be
expensive, but would impede the free flow of traffic on Hamilton Ave.
by-pass.
3 - That Hamilton Ave. by-pass Route 17-A, and other streets serving this

area are sufficient to give ample service to the public.
