The application of Etson and Company, Inc., to rezone property located on the southwest corner o~ the intersection of Fauquier Ave. and South St., fronting 60 ft. on South St. by 108.5 ft deep on Fauquier Avel; lots I and 3, block ltl. Application to rezone from C Two Family ~velling Dis - trier to G Commercial Business District. The Planning Commission recommends that the Council approve this petition. 4. 13-59.
