<br /> While the fees under the old ordinance were not compatible between the opening of
<br />graves and the disinterring and reinterring of bodies, I believe they should be. I reco~nend the fee for dis-
<br />interring and reinterring bodies, where the grave is under four feet, be changed to $40.00, by placing the
<br />attached ordinance on first reading."

<br /> 59-257 - "I was requested to make a report on the No-Left-Turns at ~igh an~ ~ashington
<br />Streets; also, Councilman Breedlove. reque~.ted that I make a repot5 concerning the one way streets of County and
<br />London.
<br /> The Police Department ha~ been studying the traffic situation at High and Washington Sts.
<br />and it is their recommendation that No-Left-Turns be allowed between 4:00 and 6:00 P.M. It was also found that
<br />by using the portable sign in the center of the street and a police officer manually controlling the light that
<br />there are no left turn v~olations and the traffic flows ~mooth
<br /> T~affic counzs have been taken on County Street with the following comparison with the

<br /> 59-258 - "Bids were opened on ~eptember 17th, 1959 for approximately 48,700 lineal feet
<br />of standard six inch curb and gutters, 800 lineal feet of 'concrete valley gutter, 200 cubic yards of form
<br />concrete, 1200 cubic yards of select fill dirt and 200 cubic yards of select fill material.
