The following reports from the City Manager were read: 59-252 - "I submit herewith the audit report of F B Hill & Company for the office of the City Collector covering the period of July 1st, 1958 through March 31st, 1959. This covers the period up To the retirement of the City Collector, A.E. Parker. This is ~he renewal Of ~he old contract but places the fees on the same basis as paid by the City of Norfolk. This contract is aecessary, due to certain type of treatment that can not be received mn Portsmouth.
