These shall include an initial inspection prior to <br />commencing operation and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> <br /> (j) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and <br />regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> 4. S. Department of Justice has approved a Drug Court Program Grant to the <br />Circuit in the amount of $365,747 from 9/01/01 to 8/31/02 and $368,308 for 9/01/02 to <br />8/31/02. <br /> <br />· The Circuit Court Judiciary has requested the transfer of funds for this program and <br />it has been designed and implemented to serve as an intensive treatment program for <br />the purpose of treating non-violent felony offenders who are dependent upon drugs <br />and/or school. <br /> <br /> <br />
