Donna Williams, 650 Frederick Boulevard, spoke on the condemnation of property <br /> and the seven day notice to move. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to go into Closed Meeting <br />pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711(A)(3) of the Code of Virginia, to discuss or <br />consider the following: <br /> <br /> - In addition, Council may discuss personnel matters, as permitted by <br />subsection 1. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Section <br />2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Member's <br />knowledge during the immediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Council: <br /> <br />1. Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting <br /> requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and <br /> <br />Only such public business matters as were identified in the motion by which <br />the Closed Meeting was convened, were heard, discussed or considered in <br />the meeting by the City Council. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
