March Sth, 1960 <br /> <br /> Motion of ~r. Weiseman that the resolution be prepared and presented to the Council <br />for 'its consideration, was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> 60-75~-- Motion of Mr. Seward that the City Attorney prepare a resolution requesting <br />that Admiral Wm. H. Leahy be permitted to remain, at the Norfolk,Naval Shipyard for an additional two years, <br />copies to be sent to Senator Byrd, Senator Rohertson and Congressman Hardy, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bartlett requested that the mmtter not be made public until the resolution has <br />been presented and adopted. <br /> <br /> 60-76- Mr. Breedlove made inqui~ relative to gasoline storage tank on Glasgow St. <br />at Perry St., and mentioned certain safety precautions. <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />Approved - <br /> <br /> President. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
