<br />more appropriate signs be placed at the City limits.

<br /> 60-138 .- The City Attorney gave a verbal report on the status of the contract between the
<br />City and the Diamond Construction Company for placing fill on w a~erfront in Pinners Point.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman to suspend the rules to hear from interested persons, mas adopted,

<br /> L. L, Rowe, Frank Brooks and E.B. Wilson spoke against the placing of the fill.

<br /> The Mayor announced that the contract with Diamond Construction Company for placing the
<br />fill in Pinners Point is valid and there is nothing the City can do to abrogate same.
