Fagg, Sr., described in above 'Notice of Hearing'. The City Manager presented the following reports: 60-141 -~ "A letter has been received from t~e Census District Supervisor, making a preliminary report of __ the population. The census count to date i~ 107,lB2. There will be a revision to this. ~igure after the returns for non-residents are credited to their-proper locality; inclusion has been made of Navy personnel classified as afloat. The official announcement of the population will be made at a later date by the Director of the Census. This is for your information," Motion of Mr. Breedlove that the report be received as information, was adopted, without dissentin~ vote, 60-142 - "I have discussed with t~e Superintendent of the Water Department the ma~ter of the water bill of Mr. M. Katz for 326 Harrison St. An adjustment on the water bill for 326 Harrison St, was made after two or more discussions with Mr. Katz and three inspections of the two f~mily apartment.
