413. Nays':. Walker 60-168 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend that it be placed on first reading. This ordinance deals with the sale of electric current generated at the City's Sewage Disposal Plant to the Virginia Electric a~d Power Company. This o~dinance authorizes the signing of this contract and is in lieu of the present contract with the Virginia Electric & Power Company.
