<br /> "I am inclosing a resolutio~ passed by the Portsmouth School Board on Thursday,
<br />December 9, 1960, requesting that title to certain ~ortions of %he I C'Noreom High School site, which is held by
<br />the City, be transferred to the School Board in order that this property might be exchanged for an elementary
<br />school site needed in another section of the City. The portion~ of the Norcom site, which are described in the
<br />attached resolution, are so situated that they do not serve the ne&ds of L the school. This exchange will enabl~
<br />the School Board to obtain an adequqte school site without any outlay of funds. I trust this request will
<br />have your prompt approval in order that the deal may be consummated at an early date."
