61-&7 - The following communication from the Co~uissioner of Revenue was read:

<br /> "George B. Parsons has been assessed for tangible personal property valued for $880.:00
<br />with ~axes amounting to $24.20. Our'investigation reveals that the correct assessment should have been $30~.00,
<br />with taxes amounting to $$.25, representing an over-assessment in taxes amounting to $15.95. The over-assess-
<br />ment is for an auto, which was assessed from the t~xpayer's personal property return. The same auto was asses-
<br />sed to son, Milton B. Parsons, owner of auto.
<br /> Both tax bills have been paid. As this is definitely an over payment of $15.95,
<br />plus penalty of eighty cents, as evidenced by inclosed receipt, we request that refund in the amoun~ of $16.75 b~
<br />made to the taxpayer.
