<br />61-281 - The following letter from Mrs. Corine Bains Brandon was read:

<br />a Negro female, a native and life long resident of Portsmouth. I have been a Notary Public in the City of Ports-
<br />mouth for approximately eighteen years, and was formerly employed as Seceetary of Bullock's Realty and Insurance
<br />Company for about the same number of years."

<br />61-282 - The following letter from the Planning Director was read:

<br />following resolution in connection with Low Rent Housing Project VA 1-7, known as Billy Goat Alley:

<br /> public recreation area."
