Livesay~Jr.~ City Attorney. <br /> <br /> The mme~ing was opened with prayer by Mr. Walker. <br /> <br /> Minutes of regular meeting of September 12th, 1961 were read and approved. <br /> <br /> 61-273 - The following public hearin§ on zoning changes was held: <br /> 1-61 - Petition of Leo and Irene Harreli. <br /> <br /> The following people spoke for ~he application: <br /> <br /> R S McLellon: Attorney, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Cooper, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Harrell~ <br /> Mrs. Lola Denkins, Mrs. Geraldine Goods <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission to deny <br />the request was adopte~ without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> Pz~ 2-61 - Petition of Gulf Oil Corporation. <br /> <br /> W.L. Young of 501 Cornick Road, spoke for the application. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes to concur in ~he recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve <br />the request, was adopted~ without dissentin§ vote. <br /> <br /> 3-61 - Petition of B.C.
