<br />98 -26 -The following call for the meeting was read:

<br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at the
<br />Williamsburg Hospitality House, 415 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia,
<br />on Sunday, February 8, 1998 at 8:15 p.m., on Monday, February 9, 1998 at 8:00
<br />a.m., and on Tuesday, February 10, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of a City
<br />Council Retreat.
<br />
<br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an Executive Session.
<br />
<br />By order of the Mayor."

<br />98 - 27 - The following items were discussed during Public Work Session:

<br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to go into Executive
<br />Session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia for
<br />the following:
<br />
<br />(I) The condition, acquisition, or use of real property for a public
<br /> purpose, or the disposition of publicly held property, as permitted by
<br /> Subsection (A)(3).
<br />
<br />(2) A prospective business or industry to expansion of an existing
<br /> business or industry where no previous announcement has been of
<br /> same in the community, as permitted by Subsection (a){5).
<br />
<br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote.
