<br />closes a portion of County Street between Frederick Boulevard and Airline Boulevard. This has been approved'by
<br />the Planning Commission."

<br />THE EAST LINE OF FREDERICK BOULEVARD AND THE NORTHWEST LINE OF

<br />with the request that the Con~ission reporz at the nexz regular meeting of Council, on February 13th, was adopted,

<br />FIXING THE RATE AND REQUIRING TI~E PAYMENT THEREOF, REQUIRING CERTAIN
<br />REPORTS, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF."

<br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1951, AS AMENDED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE INSTALLA-
<br />TION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS MADE TO WATER
<br />MAINS OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH AFTER JULY 1, 1962."

<br />Motion of Mr. Leafy 5o adopt the ordinance.

<br />Motion of Mr. Walker co delay action for thirty days was lost, there being no second.
