<br />FIXING THE RATE AND REQUIRING TI~E PAYMENT THEREOF, REQUIRING CERTAIN
<br />REPORTS, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF."

<br />TION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS MADE TO WATER
<br />MAINS OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH AFTER JULY 1, 1962."

<br />Motion of Mr. Walker co delay action for thirty days was lost, there being no second.
