The total of the best bids for all of the proper~y amounms ~o $73.545.50; however, [ do no~ recommend that <br />we sell the property listed as "Parcel E". <br /> I do recolmmend that the other parcels be sold ~o the highest bidders as follows: <br /> Parcel A W. This would give the <br />Commission the chance ~o have wider range of experienced members. Graham hms been elected to a position of international prominence, that <br />of Imperial Outer Guard of the Imperial Council of North America~iof the Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of the Mystic <br />Shrine, and <br /> WREREAS, the said Aubrey G Graham is recognized as a distinguished leader in the civic and <br />fraternal life of this community for his great contributions ~o the civic and charitable efforts of the entire <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, his election to this high office will bring national, and even international, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginis~ that the <br />appreciation of the citizens of this City for the honor and prominence bestowed upon this entire area be hereby <br />expressed and conveyed to the said Aubrey G. Graham whose sense of civic duty has been a benefit ~o the entire <br />community. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the mznu~es of the <br />City Council, and a copy be presented to the said Aubrey G.
