<br /> ~CMILDR~N BETWEEN THE AGES OF SEVEN AND SIXTEEN .IN THE SCHOOLS SPECIFIED
<br /> THEREIN, SHALL BE IN EFFECT AND IN FORCE WITHIN THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH,

<br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY."
