Williams Court Housing Project was deferred until <br />after a conference of the Council with the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> 63-78 - Action on the disposition of the Court House property at Court and High Streets <br />was deferred until the question of the title to the property has been settled. <br /> <br /> 63-82 - Motion of Mr. Barnes to go into the election of a member ~o the Portsmouth <br />Supplemental Retirement Board was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> Mr. Atkinson nominated James P. Stephenson, 261 East Road to serve the unexpired <br />~erm of W. F. Lifsey, which term expires September 30, 1966. <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. Leary to close the nominations was adopted. <br /> <br /> Vote being taken, Mr. Stephenson was elected a member of the Portsmouth <br />Supplemental Retirement Board, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Smith, Atkiffson, Barnes, Eastes, Leary. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br /> 65-68 - The Chair stated, in regard to the~ resolution relative to intergovernmental rela- <br />tions, that the City Manager, has discussed the matter with our Representative'in Congress, and a report will be <br />made after the Council has decided upon the proper disposition of same; <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. Leafy to receive as information, wasadopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br />On motion adjeurned. <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />Approved - <br /> <br />President. <br /> <br /> <br />
