REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above <br />conditions may serve as groUnds for revocation of the use permit by the <br />City Council." <br /> <br />98-47 (b): <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-98-01" <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Clemens, Griffin, Martin, Pitts, Robinett <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- CITY MANAGER'S REPORT - <br /> <br />98-60 <br /> <br />Adoption of a resolution requesting the Virginia Department of <br />Transportation (VDOT) to approve certain additions, deletions, and <br />changes in the functional classification of streets in the City of <br />Portsmouth, for the purpose of calculating maintenance payments. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Adoption of a resolution requesting the Virginia Department of <br />Transportation (VDOT) to modify the number of lane miles of City <br />streets in Portsmouth to account for streets added and/or deleted to the <br />system in the last year. <br /> <br />Purpose and Need: <br /> <br />In order for the City of Portsmouth to receive quarterly maintenance <br />payments from VDOT, it is necessary to submit a resolution, approved <br />by City Council, with the additions/deletions of lane mileage for fiscal <br />year 1997/98. <br /> <br />· This must be submitted to the Virginia Department of Transportation by <br /> April 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />· These changes will result in an additional $19,224 in State Maintenance <br /> Funds. <br /> <br /> <br />
