This item would authorize the City Manager to convey these <br />properties to the IDA for the reasons identified: <br /> <br />· 146 Owen Street - For sale to the adjacent property owner at 148 Owen Street. <br />· 3811 Bart Street - For sale to the adjacent property owner at 3808 Clifford <br /> Street. <br />· Frederick Boulevard Site - For sale to either of the two adjacent property owners. <br />· 2301 Portsmouth Boulevard - To sell for potential development. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />· Sale of these parcels to adjacent owners or for use for potential development will <br />return these properties to the tax rolls. <br /> <br />· Presently, the properties are assessed as follows: <br /> <br />146 Owen Street $ 200 <br />3811 Bart Street 5,300 <br />Frederick Boulevard 52,740 <br />2301 Portsmouth Boulevard 55,860 <br /> <br /> <br />
