After considerable study~and lengthy research during which the applicant's attorney ascertained that <br /> Lawrence Circle is no~ a public stree~ and thus falls in the category of off-street parking, the Planning <br /> Commission resolved that the amended site plan meets zoning ordinance~requiretnents. <br /> 2~ Catalina Development Corporation, "Cherokee.
