<br />I have requested an appropriation in the new budget of $10,000.00 to replace two hundred meters that
<br />must be ~ept~eed. Theseare meters tha~ nrc ovgr twenty years old.~ To pqt this plan inio effect will require the
<br />replacement og all of the meters on th~ s~ree~s ~hich amounts to seven hundred and ten meters. --
