<br />of Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of the Cour~ ~o~ Hustfngs for 'the City of Portsmouth and on the bulletin board
<br />of the Municipal Building of the City of Portsmouth. at least five days prior to this meeting:

<br /> (a) Lot ~19 at the northwest corner of Effingham Street. and Glasgow Street. This is the site of the
<br />old fire engine house and stables-directly across from Fire Headquarters.
<br /> (b) Lot ~I05 fronting on Washington Street and hounded by the rear lot line of Dinwiddie Street, slley
<br />to the north of Hampton Pisces'and Crawford Street extended.
<br /> (c) Lot # 70, northeast corner of Constithtion Avenue and Queen S~reet~ This is the site of the old
<br />Sixth Avenue Fire Station.
<br /> (d) Approximately five acres a~ the northwest corner of West Rosd and Hartford Street.

<br />disposal charge whethe~ connected to the system or not.
<br /> I recomm~nd, that~ this charge be effective with the March 1964 water billing period. This is the
<br />same policy adopted in other areas of the city when new sewers have~been installed."

<br />a~ la~ge from the building industry.
<br /> Under the ot~ code, t~ere is such a Board appointed by the City Manager composed of three members;
