<br />street between Portsmouth Boulevard and Interstate 264 and To tie in with the proposed,improvements for. Effinghsm:
<br />Street betweenGeorge Washington Highway and PortsmOuth Bouley~rd.
<br /> The planning £unds requested for High Street cover this street between Effisgham Street and Crawford
<br />Street with rog'etd, to the relo~stion of utilities, bus and trnck koading bays, parking arrangements, resur£scing,
<br />signalization, and other related.improvements. This is in conformity with the Col. Crawford Common Plan,
<br />These funds are available from the Federal Government for planning purposes, but if and when
<br />construction ks begun on these projects, it will be necessary to reimburse the~Federal Government these grants."

<br />one year. They quoted a price of $1,592.00 per machine with the rental paid to apply on the purchase price. The
<br />cost to the city to purchase these machines will be $79,600.00. - ~- ' .,-

<br />unpaid batsnce~. I would no~ recommend this method.o~ purchase ss the cSty can sell bends at a much cheaper
