Effinghsm: <br />Street betweenGeorge Washington Highway and PortsmOuth Bouley~rd. <br /> The planning £unds requested for High Street cover this street between Effisgham Street and Crawford <br />Street with rog'etd, to the relo~stion of utilities, bus and trnck koading bays, parking arrangements, resur£scing, <br />signalization, and other related.improvements. This is in conformity with the Col. Crawford Common Plan, <br />These funds are available from the Federal Government for planning purposes, but if and when <br />construction ks begun on these projects, it will be necessary to reimburse the~Federal Government these grants." <br /> <br /> On motion of.Mr..Dillon the resolution regarding the'redesign of:Effingham St.-between.
