Korb, Jr., City Attorney. <br /> <br /> The meeting was opened with prayer by Mr. Eastes. <br /> <br /> Minuses of regular meeting of Octobe~ 8, 1963, were read and approved <br /> <br /> 63-242.- Public hearing on zoning petitions was held: <br /> <br /> Petition Z 63-18 - Anna Sackstein. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in regard to the petition. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Dillon 5o concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission 5o disapprove the <br /> application was adopted, without dissenting rose. <br /> <br /> P~tition Z 63-22 - Sam Perlin. <br /> <br /> ~. No one .spoke in regard 5o the petition. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Leafy to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission to disapprove the <br /> application was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> Petition Z 63-23 - Harry T. Crockest. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in regard to the petition.~ <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Knight 5o concur in the regommendation of the Planning Commission go disapprove the <br />application was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> Pe~it%o~ Z 63-24 - City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in regard 5o the petition. <br /> <br /> Mo~ion of Mr. Esstes to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission To approve the <br />application and to place on first reading the fgllowing ordinance was adopted, withou~ dissenting voEe: <br /> <br /> "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE E 63-24" <br /> <br /> Petition Z 63-25 - J. C.~ Beasley. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in regard to. the petition. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Leafy To concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and to approve the <br />following ordinance on first reading was adopted, without dissenting rose: <br /> <br /> "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 63-25" <br /> <br /> Petition Z 63-26 - Agents Con-An.
