Therefore, we feel that signsls are necessary at these two crossings." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes that the City Manager be authorized to negotiate with the Atlantic Coast <br />Lin~ Railroad Company ~n this matter was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br />64-24 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first reading. <br />This ordinance establishes a Board of Examiners for Electrical Contractors in the City of <br />Portsmouth.
