March lO, 1964 <br /> <br /> 64-46 - "The Procedure for the purchase of city automobile Tags was referred to me by the City <br />Council for a repor{I The~cemplaint concerned the requirement-of having to present~ the state motor vehicle <br />registration card when purchasing city automobile tags. <br /> This is enforced b~, the~ commissioner o~revenue office ~n acce~denc~.with Section 18~315 of the <br />City Code.
