<br />employees a~d to become effective September. 1, 1964. Ordinances covering these ~ncreases are to be submitted
<br />at a later date. The additional funds for s~.ree.t !~ghLs provide for th~on~inuation of our five year
<br />program of replacing the older type lights for the mercury vapor..
