I be authorized 'to advertise £oV bids for the constnuction of curbs and. gutters under funds appropriated in the 1964-65 budget. Attached hereto is a list of streets proposed for curbs and gutters. This could necessarily be increased' or reduced based~ on prices received. I also recommend t be authorized to employ engineers to make an engineering study in the area annexed in 1960 fo~-~rainage conditions in order that plans can be made for curbs and gutters. Attached hereto is a copy of my l~tter from the'last council meeting requestihg anthoriz~tion~to advertise for bids for construction of sewers to-the new armory.
