Widening of Wall Street <br /> 5. Mercury lighting in all areas <br /> 4. Parking spaces and curbing around the John F. Kennedy Recreation Center <br /> 5. Unsight!y~and unhealthful conditions at Mapiewood Park Shopping Center <br /> 6. Curbing and gutters on Noble Street <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Dillon the matter was referred to the City Manager, <br /> <br /> 65-155 - The following request for refund was presented: <br /> <br /> "On May 4, 1965, I purcha$'ed a business license for the sum of ~50.00 to do a <br />restaurant business at 454 Crawford Street, After purchasing this license, I was informed that under certain <br />conditions of the lease I could not operate. So I closed up on May 5, 1965, I wonder if you gentlemen would <br />return my fee of pro ratio it for a refund as I am not going to operate. I thank you in advance." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Knight to grant refund was adopted without dissenting vote, <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />Approved - <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
