<br />VEHICLES USED FOR DISPENSING ICH CRB~AND OTHER ICE CONFECTIONERIES,

<br /> 65- - Motion of Mr. Barnes to go into the election of a member to the
<br />Southeastern Virginia Regional Planning Commission was adopted.

<br />On motion of Mr. Knight, nominations were closed.

<br /> Vote being taken, Mr. Olitsky was unanimously elected a member of
<br />the Southeastern Virginia Regional Planning Commission.

<br /> 65-197 - Motion of ~. Barnes to go into the election of two members to the
<br />Board:~of Adjustments and ~opeals was adopted.

<br />Mr. Dillon nominated Glenn Yates, Jr. and E. Saunders Early.

<br />On motion of Mr. Bastes, nominations were closed.

<br /> Vote being taken, ~r. Yates and Mr. Early were unanimously elected to the
<br />Board of Adjustments and Appeals, for three year terms, ending September tst, 1968.

<br /> 65-210 - Motion of Mr. Knight to go into the election of a member to the Portsmouth
<br />Redevelopment and Ho~ging Authority was adopted.

<br />Mr. Johnson ~ominated C. P. Snodgrass to succeed himself as a member of the

<br /> Motion of Mr. Knight to close the nominations was adopted.

<br /> Vote being taken, Mr. Snodgrass was unanimously elected a member of the
<br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Ho~sing Authority, for a four (4) year term, ending September }ith, 1969.

<br /> 65-227 - Motion of Mr. Eastes that J. Brewer Moore be elected a member of the
<br />Southeastern Virginia Regional Planning Commission, in an advisory capacity, was adonted, without dissenting
<br />vote. · *

<br /> 65-228 - The report on audit crf revenues collected for the Commonwealth by the city
<br />Treasurer, for fiscal year ended June 50th, 1964, was presented, and on motion of Mr. Knight, received as
<br />information .
