<br />held on August 31, 1965 amending Section 19-10 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virgimia, 1961,
<br />fo allow the sale of beer and wine on Sundays, at ~hich election Four Thousand Five (4005) votes were
<br />cast "For" Proposed .Amendment and Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-nine [4359) votes were cast
<br />"Against" it."
